At the time of ECVO 2025, an “Electronic Travel Authorisation” (ETA) is required to visit the United Kingdom. An ETA is a digital permission which authorises a person to travel to a country.

! Eligible non-Europeans generally need an ETA to travel to the UK and can apply for it already. Eligible Europeans can apply from 5 March 2025 and will need an ETA to travel from 2 April 2025.!
