Built in 1833 between Senate Square and Market Square, the City Hall has an interesting history.
The building originally functioned as Helsinki’s cultural and entertainment Centre, Hotel Seurahuone.
The City Hall was designed by C.L. Engeland the building has been the City Hall since the 1930s.
The Mayor of Helsinki is inviting the delegates to the Welcome Reception at the City Hall!
A nominal fee of 10 € by delegate will be charged and the total amount will be
donated to the Finnish Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

You can enjoy amazing live music and dancing after dinner in one of the rooms or, if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you can go into one of the adjacent rooms to discuss and relax with other guests.
Restaurant Saaristo - Scandinavian tastes and magnificent sea views on the Klippan Island. Saaristo’s white Art Nouveau style villa, built in 1898, is one of Helsinki’s most imposing and traditional restaurants. A boat will bring us the Klippan Island from Helsinki. The short sea journey takes only a few minutes.
